• 2 tbsp ginger-garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp oil
• 3 onions, finely chopped

• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp mix masala
• 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
