This Tomato Bhurji recipe is a good mix of vegetables topped with grated cheese.   Tomato bhurji makes a great meal, when you eat it with bread (brown, if you’re feeling guilty about the butter & cheese) or roti! Watch this recipe by Archana to learn how to cook Tomato Bhurji at home!

You will require the following ingredients to make Tomato Bhurji at home:

• Cheese for garnish
• 2 tbsp ginger-garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp oil
• 3 onions, finely chopped
• 4-5 medium sized tomatoes, finely chopped
• Coriander for garnish
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp mix masala
• 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
• 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
