“Want to eat something light for breakfast or a quick evening snack, Poha, is what comes to our mind and good news is, it’s very simple to cook. Make Poha in few easy to follow steps and enjoy homemade poha whenever you want. An easy to cook light Indian snack is good for your health as well.

Ingredients to make Poha:
1 small diced potato
2 cups poha (fat poha rice)
1 cup chopped onion
Coconut and coriander according to taste and for garnish
½ tsp cumin seeds
Salt according to taste
10-12 curry leaves
½ tsp mustard seeds
3-4 green chillies
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ lime
1 tsp sugar
3-4 tbsp of oil
1 cup water to soak the poha
