Ingredients to make Poha:
1 small diced potato
2 cups poha (fat poha rice)
1 cup chopped onion
Coconut and coriander according to taste and for garnish
½ tsp cumin seeds
Salt according to taste
10-12 curry leaves
½ tsp mustard seeds
3-4 green chillies
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ lime
1 tsp sugar
3-4 tbsp of oil
1 cup water to soak the poha
