Use Windows PowerShell

  1. Right-click the Start menu. Select Windows PowerShell or Windows PowerShell (Admin).
  2. Type the following command and press Enter: wmic diskdrive get model,serialNumber,size,mediaType

Use Msinfo32

  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type msinfo32. Select OK or press Enter.
  3. Go under Components, Storage, Drives, or Disks. The information under Disks has more details.

Use Device Manager

  1. Search for and select Device Manager.
  2. Expand the Disk drives section.
